  • It feels intolerable if you receive any criticism or feedback

  • You could always be doing better or be doing more

  • You push yourself over the edge at times in order to feel like you’re giving it your all at all times

  • You over-work to feel like you’re proving yourself

  • You don’t know who you’d be if you let any part of this identity go
