Meet the Founder, Dana
I believe meaningful change happens when people feel both supported and challenged, when they have space to explore their experiences honestly while gaining the insight and confidence needed to move forward.
As a therapist, supervisor, and consultant, I bring over a decade of experience in eating disorder treatment, mental health care, clinical leadership, and professional development. While my work takes many forms, the heart of what I do remains the same: helping people better understand themselves, navigate complexity with greater confidence, and create lasting, meaningful change.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. Whether I am working with a therapy client, supporting a clinician through supervision, or partnering with an organization, I strive to create a space where people feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow.
As a Therapist
I work with adolescents, young adults, Gen Z, and Millenial women navigating eating disorders, anxiety, perfectionism, self-esteem stressors, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the many complexities that come with being human. Therapy with me is a collaborative process that honors your unique experiences, strengths, and goals while helping you build greater self-understanding, resilience, and trust in yourself.
As a Supervisor & Consultant
I am passionate about helping clinicians grow into confident, thoughtful, and effective providers. Through supervision and consultation, I support therapists, dietitians, and treatment teams in deepening clinical skills, strengthening professional identity, and navigating the complexities of eating disorder and mental health treatment. My approach balances practical guidance with meaningful reflection, creating space for both professional and personal growth.
As an Educator & Speaker
I enjoy helping clinicians, educators, and organizations translate complex concepts into practical, meaningful action. Through trainings, workshops, and speaking engagements, I foster conversations that encourage reflection, deepen understanding, and support lasting change.
My hope is that our work together helps you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your decisions, and better equipped to navigate whatever comes next.
