Therapy
Working Together
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable. You may know something isn't working, but struggle to put words to it. Perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, disconnected from yourself, or exhausted from carrying the weight of trying to hold everything together.
I work with adolescents, young adults, and women navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, anxiety, perfectionism, identity development, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, self-aware, and deeply motivated for change, yet find themselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward.
Therapy is not about fixing you, it's about creating space to better understand yourself, your experiences, and the patterns that have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others. Together, we'll explore what's beneath the surface, strengthen your ability to navigate difficult emotions, and develop a way of living that feels more aligned, flexible, and sustainable.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel both supported and challenged—when they have the safety to explore their experiences honestly and the tools to create lasting change. Therapy is tailored not only to your symptoms, but to your unique story, strengths, values, and goals.
As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Consultant (CEDS-C), I have advanced training in the treatment of eating disorders and body image concerns. My work recognizes that struggles with food, body image, control, perfectionism, anxiety, and identity often exist within a larger context rather than in isolation. Together, we look beyond symptom management to understand the deeper patterns influencing your wellbeing.

Why Private Pay?
Choosing private-pay therapy allows our work to be guided by your needs rather than insurance requirements. This means therapy is not limited by diagnostic labels, session caps, or third-party oversight. Instead, we have greater flexibility to focus on the depth, pace, and goals that best support your growth while maintaining a higher level of privacy and autonomy.
