• "I had no idea that these were safe topics to talk about in supervision. Being able to process my own emotions, stuck points, and uncertainty has drastically shifted my ability to conceptualize cases, provide more effective interventions, and identify how to support myself and my clients simultaneously."

  • "From a clinical perspective, Dana expanded my skills in ways that were not only practical but deeply rooted in integrity and thoughtfulness. Her supervision was especially impactful in the context of eating disorder treatment and in helping me navigate the nuances of this work with more clarity, confidence, and clinical depth. She doesn’t just supervise, but helps you grow into the kind of clinician you want to be. Her feedback is clear, compassionate, and always aimed at helping you sharpen your lens and deepen your work with clients, particularly in holding complexity around ambivalence, identity, and relational dynamics in ED recovery and beyond."

  • "Dana's commitment to my growth was evident through her consistent encouragement and willingness to challenge me, which built my confidence and expanded my understanding of therapeutic modalities in the treatment of EDs. One of the most impactful aspects of her supervision was her emphasis on ethical practice and self-awareness. She guided me in reflecting on my clinical decisions, ensuring that I maintained the highest standards of care. Through her mentorship, I have developed a stronger sense of professional identity and a more nuanced approach to client care. I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to learn from Dana and wholeheartedly recommend her to any counselor seeking to elevate their practice through exceptional supervision."

  • " I wouldn’t be the professional I am today without her support, guidance, and inspiration. I often find myself wishing that everyone could experience the privilege of working alongside Dana, as I have, and learn from her vast knowledge and experience. I trust Dana completely with clinical decisions, knowing she’s always there to provide a safe, open space for honest reflection and growth. Our time together left me deeply connected to her work, and, more importantly, to myself. Dana pushed me to challenge my self in ways I might never have thought possible if it wasn’t for her gentle pushes."

    -Supervisee

  • "I learned more within the first 15 minutes of supervision with Dana than I have in all the years I have practiced thus far."

Supervision Services

Clinical supervision is more than reviewing cases, it’s about helping clinicians see the patterns, blocks, and underlying dynamics that shape their work. With over a decade of specialized expertise in eating disorder and mental health treatment, I provide supervision and consultation pathways that are relational and deeply practical. I don’t just offer solutions; I help clinicians uncover what might be impacting care, explore blind spots, and strengthen both their clinical judgment and professional identity.

Supervision is valuable at any stage of your career, whether you are newly licensed, building your specialty, or an experienced clinician seeking to deepen your expertise. Engaging in supervision is a sign of commitment, curiosity, and dedication to providing the highest-quality care, not a reflection of inadequacy. My approach is grounded in evidence, informed by real-world practice, and tailored to each clinician’s developmental needs, ensuring that supervision feels both supportive and transformative.

Not sure which supervision option is the best fit? I’m happy to help you think through what level of support makes the most sense.

Upcoming Offerings

Our next round of Eating Disorder Foundations Consultation Group begins in July.

ED Foundations is a structured, short-term consultation group designed to strengthen clinical competency in eating disorder assessment, case conceptualization, and evidence-based intervention.

This group is specifically for clinicians, RDs, NPs, and other providers who:

  • Are currently treating clients with disordered eating or eating disorders alongside other diagnoses

  • Have experienced an absence or minimal formal eating disorder training or supervision

  • Want to apply ED-informed care more effectively within their existing caseload

  • Are interested in developing specialization, but lack access to ongoing ED-specific supervision

The focus is on improving clinical judgment, providing tangible interventions, and increasing confidence in treating these presentations within real-world practice. Additional ED resources that support care and treatment are included.
