The training will address common clinical challenges, including barriers to collaboration, countertransference, burnout, and the risk of unintentional harm through language or clinical framing. Participants will also learn how to recognize symptoms that may indicate the need for a higher level of care (HLOC), and how to continue supporting clients who face emotional or systemic barriers to accessing that care.
