Supervision Services

Clinical supervision is more than reviewing cases, it’s about helping clinicians see the patterns, blocks, and underlying dynamics that shape their work. With over a decade of specialized training and experience in eating disorder and mental health treatment, I provide supervision that is rigorous, relational, and deeply practical. I don’t just offer solutions; I help clinicians uncover what might be impacting care, explore blind spots, and strengthen both their clinical judgment and professional identity.

Supervision is valuable at any stage of your career, whether you are newly licensed, building your specialty, or an experienced clinician seeking to deepen your expertise. Engaging in supervision is a sign of commitment, curiosity, and dedication to providing the highest-quality care, not a reflection of inadequacy. My approach is grounded in evidence, informed by real-world practice, and tailored to each clinician’s developmental needs, ensuring that supervision feels both supportive and transformative.

  • Ongoing or as-needed supervision for licensed clinicians.

Individual supervision offers a dedicated space to think more deeply about your clinical work, strengthen decision-making, and feel less alone in complex cases. Sessions are available on a recurring or as-needed basis and are tailored to your specific goals and clinical context.

This may be a good fit if:

    • You feel uncertain or isolated when navigating complex cases

    • You’re carrying emotional fatigue or burnout and need space for reflection

    • You want supervision that meaningfully sharpens clinical skill and judgment

    • You’re seeking a collaborative, grounded, and growth-oriented supervisory relationship

    • You’re in private practice and want continued professional support

  • Ongoing group supervision for clinicians and RDs working in eating disorder care.

Deepen was created to offer a consistent, relational space for therapists and registered dietitians seeking high-quality supervision, clinical depth, and professional connection. This group functions as longitudinal group supervision. not a drop-in consultation space, and emphasizes safety, reflection, and sustainable growth.

Many clinicians lack access to steady supervision or a true clinical community once they leave agency settings. Deepen provides a reliable container for nuanced clinical work, interdisciplinary collaboration, and relationship-based learning.
