Supervision Services

  • Specialized eating disorder supervision for your team without the cost of a full-time hire.

Many group practices want to offer high-quality clinical supervision, but the logistics and cost of hiring a full-time supervisor can be a challenge, especially when you’re looking for someone with deep eating disorder expertise.

I provide virtual clinical supervision for organizations, allowing you to:

    • Support your clinicians with consistent, expert-led guidance

    • Expand into eating disorder care with confidence or maintain the caliber of eating disorder care currently being offered

    • Decrease the impact of supervision responsibilities within other leadership positions to allow for balanced growth and scalability, while also maintaining clinical care and support to your team

    • Retain staff by offering meaningful professional development that prevents burnout and increase connection to their work

    • Ensure quality, ethical, and effective client care in all circumstances

    How it works:

    • Flexible monthly packages based on the size and need of your organization (individual and/or group supervision available)

    • Virtual sessions, accessible from anywhere

    • Focused on both clinical skills and provider well-being

    • Tailored to your organization’s unique needs

You get the benefit of a specialized clinical leader on your team while effectively supporting your providers.

  • Pursuing your CEDS credential is a meaningful step in deepening your expertise in the treatment of eating disorders. As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Consultant (CEDS-C), I provide the required 24 consultation hours through a combination of individual and group sessions. Our work will focus on developing your clinical skills, enhancing self-awareness, and advancing client care in alignment with iaedp™ supervision guidelines.

Together, we’ll navigate the consultation and experience hour requirements, clarify the path toward your 2500-hour total, and ensure you feel supported and empowered throughout the process.

    Current Offerings:

    • Individual Supervision: $225 per session

    • Group Supervision: $110 per session
A current group is running with remaining spots available for providers working toward their CEDS. Topics include complex case conceptualization, treatment planning, ethical considerations, and building provider confidence in eating disorder care. You can sign up here to join.

Note: iaedp™ requires a minimum of 12 individual hours, with group hours eligible for the remaining consultation time.

  • Clinical supervision supports licensed professionals in their growth and development. Whether you prefer routine, scheduled sessions or need support on an as-needed basis, our flexible approach ensures you receive the guidance and feedback that best suits your needs. With supervision available virtually, you’ll enhance your clinical skills, deepen your understanding of complex cases, and build the confidence to provide the highest quality care to your clients.

You might be looking for supervision because:

You feel uncertain or alone navigating complex cases and wish you had a trusted, experienced voice to process with. You’re feeling burnt out under the emotional weight of client work and need space for you. You want supervision that actually sharpens your skills and strengthens your identity as a clinician. You’re tired of supervision that feels performative or generic, and you’re craving a relationship that’s collaborative, grounded, and growth-oriented. You’re in private practice and looking for a continued space to feel supported and grow professionally.

    1. Standard Consultation: $200 per session

    • Available weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as needed

    2. Crisis Consultation: $150 for 30 minutes

Occasionally, an urgent clinical situation arises that cannot wait. This brief consultation is reserved for true crisis needs only to ensure you have immediate support when facing an acute or high-risk clinical scenario.

    • Limited to urgent cases

    • Not intended for general supervision

Note: In many cases, the costs associated with supervision, whether for business operations, training, or mentorship, can be considered a tax-deductible expense.

  • This consultation group was developed to provide a consistent, collaborative space for therapists and registered dietitians working in the eating disorder field to access high-quality supervision, deepen clinical insight, and build cross-disciplinary relationships. This space is intentionally structured to offer support beyond surface-level case consultation, with a strong emphasis on safety, reflection, and growth.

This is more than a pay-per-hour model of clinical consultation. Many providers don’t have access to a consistent, skilled clinical supervisor or a true team environment. This group offers a steady space for the kind of nuanced work, trust, and professional relationship-building that too often gets lost in fast-paced agency or private practice settings.

    What’s included:
▪️ Group supervision (monthly or bi-weekly tiers)
▪️ Clinical resources + training library of over 50+ past recorded clinical trainings and upcoming available CEs
▪️ Member listserv for connection + referrals
    ▪️ Reduced-rate 1:1 supervision
▪️ Optional office hours for business/systems consultation

  • "From a clinical perspective, Dana expanded my skills in ways that were not only practical but deeply rooted in integrity and thoughtfulness. Her supervision was especially impactful in the context of eating disorder treatment and in helping me navigate the nuances of this work with more clarity, confidence, and clinical depth. She doesn’t just supervise, but helps you grow into the kind of clinician you want to be. Her feedback is clear, compassionate, and always aimed at helping you sharpen your lens and deepen your work with clients, particularly in holding complexity around ambivalence, identity, and relational dynamics in ED recovery and beyond."

  • "Dana's commitment to my growth was evident through her consistent encouragement and willingness to challenge me, which built my confidence and expanded my understanding of therapeutic modalities in the treatment of EDs. One of the most impactful aspects of her supervision was her emphasis on ethical practice and self-awareness. She guided me in reflecting on my clinical decisions, ensuring that I maintained the highest standards of care. Through her mentorship, I have developed a stronger sense of professional identity and a more nuanced approach to client care. I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to learn from Dana and wholeheartedly recommend her to any counselor seeking to elevate their practice through exceptional supervision."

I often find myself wishing that everyone could experience the privilege of working alongside Dana, as I have, and learn from her vast knowledge and experience. I trust Dana completely with clinical decisions, knowing she’s always there to provide a safe, open space for honest reflection and growth.
